GFI’s investment decisions are based on extensive research and sourcing of unique properties, favorable longer-term fundamentals, attractive valuations and the ability to partner with strong operators and brands. We focus on complex assets that are prime for re-positioning along with limited and self service properties. GFI works closely with its operating partners to find latent value through executing new operating strategies, revenue enhancement opportunities and capital improvements. We have ownership interests and asset manage over 2,250 hotel keys across seven hotels in New York City and South Carolina.
