GFI Realty Services has been named exclusive sales agent for 467 W. 164th St., a 20-unit multifamily property located in Manhattan’s Washington Heights section. Senior director Shlomo Antebi will oversee marketing, with pricing targeted at $5.7 million.
Built in 1900, the 9,975-square-foot property comprises 10 studio apartments, five one-bedroom units and five two-bedroom units. Ten units recently received significant upgrades; three of the apartments are currently vacant.
“While many areas within the city saw residential rents skyrocket in recent years, Washington Heights saw more muted growth and still retains a lot of upside potential,” said Antebi. “Due to the strong location, we’re expecting to receive bids from a wide range of long-term investors seeking prime Manhattan real estate.”
The five-story apartment building is located within blocks of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University Medical Center. It also provides access to Midtown and Downtown via the A and 1 subway lines.
