GFI Realty Services announced the $12.5 million sale of 218 74th Street, a six-story, 46-unit apartment building in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
Managing director Yosef Katz and associate Natan Safdieh represented the seller, a local investor. GFI senior director Erik Yankelovich procured the buyer, Meridian Properties.
The pre-war elevator building comprises 41,760 s/f and includes 16 studios, 28 one-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units, all of which are rent-stabilized.
