Brooklyn, NY GFI Realty Services handled the $1.63 million sale of 349 58th St., a four-story apartment building in the Sunset Park neighborhood. Located between Third and Fourth Aves., the pre-war walk-up is composed of eight units. In total, the building comprises 6,916 s/f.
GFI Realty associate Isaac Moskowitz procured the buyer. Yosef Katz, managing director of GFI Realty, and Naftali Pilchick, also of GFI, represented the seller. Both the buyer and seller are local investors.
