Brooklyn, NY GFI Realty Services handled the $1.63 million sale of 349 58th St., a four-story apartment building in the Sunset Park neighborhood. Located between Third and Fourth Aves., the pre-war walk-up is composed of eight units. In total, the building comprises 6,916 s/f.

GFI Realty associate Isaac Moskowitz procured the buyer. Yosef Katz, managing director of GFI Realty, and Naftali Pilchick, also of GFI, represented the seller. Both the buyer and seller are local investors.

“More and more residents and investors are discovering the value of Sunset Park,” said Moskowitz. “The neighborhood feel and its accessibility to Midtown Manhattan make it a stand-out among other Brooklyn neighborhoods.”

“The new owner intends to hold onto the asset for the long term and invest in capital improvements to maximize his return,” said Pilchik.

The asset is on a tree-lined block among two- and three-family homes and similar low-rise, pre-war apartment buildings. The N and R subway lines are located two blocks away.
