GFI Realty Services has been named the exclusive sales agent for 617 E. 179th St., a fully-occupied nine-unit multifamily building in the Tremont section of the Bronx. The firm’s Yehoshua Shamel will oversee marketing of the property. Pricing is targeted at $1.695 million.
Constructed in 1910, the four-story building totals approximately 8,580 square feet. Four of the units are three-bedroom, while two are four-bedroom and there are a single-bedroom unit and a two-bedroom unit.
