Manhattan, NY GFI Realty Services, LLC arranged the sale of 508 West 136th St. located in the Hamilton Heights section of the borough. The property, a six-story walk-up apartment building consisting of 25 units, traded for $6.725 million.
Roni Abudi, managing director of GFI Realty Services, represented the seller and Sylvia Spielman, an investment sales broker also of GFI, represented the buyer. Both the buyer and the seller are local investors.
“The seller saw this as the perfect time to capitalize on the increased demand on Hamilton Heights inventory,” said Abudi. “Hamilton Heights is a neighborhood that is undergoing rapid change for the better and the seller recognized the value of this asset in today’s market.”
