Employees Awarded Bonuses for Completing Property Management Classes

GFI Management Services, Inc., a leading manager of multifamily properties throughout the U.S., today announced that it has rolled out a monthly Property Management Training Challenge, a monthly contest that rewards employees who have completed and passed the most property management education courses throughout the month.

The first contest, held during the month of June, awarded three GFI Management employees with cash prizes: Megan Walton, Community Manager and Alysia Taylor, Leasing Professional from The Clairmont in Atlanta, GA and Hope Gonzalez, who works at the Villas at Sugarloaf in Lawrenceville, GA.

“GFI is always looking for new ways to motivate and train employees, and this contest is a great example of what can be achieved even over a short period of time,” said Tice Vieira, Regional Vice President at GFI Management. “In June alone, GFI employees completed more than 80 classes.”

Vieira added: “GFI recognizes the impact that property management has on the value of our clients’ assets, and we are committed to developing best practices in order to provide clients with industry-leading customer service.”

The company has planned another challenge for the month of July, this time with added bonuses that include an additional paid day off. Also, the employee with the most classes completed and passed for July will receive a free lunch mentorship session with the Atlanta Regional Office team at local Houston’s.
